Conditions of Use

Orders are processed in the order they are received. All prices quoted are export prices and are listed in Australian Dollars. You may change this to show other major currencies link at the bottom left corner of this page. This is for your convenience and used as a guide only, you will be billed in A$.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS!
Please INSPECT your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, keep the box and packing material and contact your Post Office immediately. If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize your chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. If you find missing or damaged parts in a new, currently available kit, contact the MANUFACTURER, they will replace the part(s). DISCONTINUED KITS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. As they are no longer made, we cannot replace parts for you; you buy them AT YOUR OWN RISK. *We carry proof of dispatch; if you think your country requires insurance for safe arrival, please LET US KNOW (optional extra).
Stocks will be sent by Air, (SAL or Surface Post is a limited service). Our international postage charges are based on the size and weight of the package(s).

ALL CUSTOMERS!
Orders must be prepaid and from experience we recommend that the easiest way to make payment be by credit card. You only need to quote us your credit card number and the expiry date with your 3-digit (CVN) Card Verification Number and we will do the rest. Your orders may be placed via phone, post, fax or e-mail.
For our overseas customers, we only accept payment by credit card. This will save us time and you, time and money. You will be charged in Australian $ but billed in your currency. We only accept VISA and MasterCard.
To deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit card information on our site. We request that all customers shipping to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card company of the change in shipping addresses. Your credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address.

DOMESTIC (LOCAL) SALES
Ordered a wrong kit or just change your mind and not want it anymore? As long as the kit is still unopened, you may return it (at your cost) for a refund. Your refund is based on the price you paid for the kit less our 5% admin and card fees. Please return with your sales docket as proof of purchase otherwise we cannot process your refund. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase.
